During our successful annual lecture on the 28^th April, we were delighted to award three young people with their Lady Diana Kemp Welch Awards. Nominations for the Lady Diana Kemp-Welch Award are made for young people who have achieved significant progress following involvement with YCT. This year we also made an award to an exemplary social work student who completed her placement with us in 2020.

During last night’s lecture we were joined by Lydia and Jesse, two of the award recipients, who spoke of their time with YCT and how it has impacted their lives. I think everyone who attended will agree this was one of the highlights of the night and really brought to life the importance of our work.
