YCT’s Business Administration Apprentice Georgia wins ‘Young Employee of the Year’ Award

Georgia Wilson, our esteemed Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice has won the Harlow District Chamber of Commerce ‘Young Employee of the Year 2015’ Award!

Within the same awards, YCT was also honoured to be shortlisted for the ‘Best Not For Profit’ Organisation.
With the Award presented at a glitzy black tie dinner at the Manor of Groves Hotel, Sawbridgeworth on 8th October 2015, Georgia said she was ‘amazed’ to be announced as the winner as she knew she had to beat off stiff competition.

Georgia was nominated due to her ‘growing immensely in her role…becoming responsible for an increasing number of the duties that are the very foundation of YCT’s operations….and bringing a youthful energy yet a significant maturity to the role’. After being nominated, Georgia followed this with an immensely professional and impressive presentation to the large panel of judges. Georgia didn’t even waiver when asked a number of difficult questions from the panel members afterwards, answering all articulately, fully and in a way that seemed beyond her years.

All this effort culminated in Georgia receiving the Award on stage in front of more than 350 guests.

YCT is pleased to employ two apprentices, guiding their development throughout their apprenticeship, giving them a firm foundation from which to build their chosen careers and supporting them into their next steps.

YCT congratulates Georgia on her winning this impressive Award. We thank her for her unwavering dedication, reliability and commitment, and look forward to seeing her future development.
